Dryer Diffuser Hi guys ! I just wanted to know if anybody can recommend a blow dryer with diffuser.?
I have curly frizzy hair and I can use all the help i can get. I heard diffusers really do the trick. I live in Canada so if anybody has any suggestions for some products please let me know.

Use a professional Spray Gel and then use a diffuser to blow dry and finish your hair with a light silk serum to lay down any wild hairs. I like the aquage spray gel. As far as diffusers go use the chi brand they have the best hair styling tools you can use. For the silk serum graham webb makes a good product for that. Hope that helps

I just want to know what amount of time is too soon to leave and how much effort I should put into finding the perfect place. I know it may be less for most stylists but I have training with Aveda, who has very high standards.
I'm currently in cosmetology school and they told us that most people stay with their first job 1-2 years. I know there is ALOT of turnover in our industry because girls leave for the "better deal" all the time. Search for a salon where you feel comfortable and that's the best thing you can do. When you're first starting out commission based pay is actually better than booth rental b/c you won't have that clientele. Aveda is kickass, congrats on getting their training. Everyone I know that works for Aveda salons stay a long time!
